Born and raised in the city of Pittsburgh Demetri grew up in what you would call a "Real Estate Family". From a very young age he helped his parents grandparents and extended family with their residential and commercial properties.
"...I was about 5 or 6 years old and we were in her first rental property my mom (with her bad back) taped off the perimeter of the kitchen tile and said to me 'paint the trim'. That's just how I was raised at 14 I was showing (rental) apartments to college students and by 16 I was typing their leases."
After leaving Pittsburgh stepping out into the corporate world and 3+ years of working for a company based out of Abu Dhabi Demetri realized that the "9 to 5" life just wasn't enough for him. He quickly moved back to Pittsburgh and dove head first into real estate.
