With a passion for real estate, an eye for design, and a heart for helping people, Kara Foulds brings professional experience, investment knowledge, and dedication to service to Realty ONE Group.
Kara earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy from Duquesne University in 2002 and spent 24 years as a retail pharmacist. Her career strengthened her attention to detail, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. She brings these qualities to real estate, providing thoughtful guidance and personalized service throughout the buying and selling process.
Kara is also an experienced property owner and investor with knowledge of long-term rentals, commercial real estate, and short-term vacation rentals. She and her husband have renovated properties, managed rentals, and established a vacation rental business, giving her insight into property ownership, renovations, and investing.
Kara is passionate about supporting veterans, active-duty service members, and military families. Her husband of 22 years retired from the Army National Guard after 23 years of service, including two deployments. Their family's military experience inspires her commitment to helping military clients navigate real estate decisions with care and clear communication.
Whether helping buyers recognize a property's potential, preparing sellers for the market, or guiding investors, Kara believes real estate should be personal and centered on each client's goals.
Outside of real estate, Kara treasures time with her husband, their three children, and their beloved Cavapoo, Linkin. She believes a home is more than a place to live—it's where memories are made and life unfolds.
