I'm a husband and father of 3 boys. I enjoy being outdoors doing pretty much anything, recreational or work related, and I'm somewhat of a workaholic. My parents taught me strong work ethic at a young age, and I owe much of my success to them (thanks mom & dad). I went straight to work at a local excavating company after graduating high school where we moved the earth and installed utilities for new housing plans. The knowledge and experience I gained by working there would turn out to be the foundation (no pun intended) of my real-estate career. After a few years of working, I was able to save up and buy my first home at 23 and my first rental property a few years later and I haven't looked back. So, I'm not new to the world of real estate. I have bought and sold many properties over the years for my own personal endeavors, whether it was rentals to hold long term or quick, fix and flip properties. I even completed my 1st spec home in 2022, where I acted as my own general contractor (with a 6-month completion time, and under contract in 3 days). I also have 20+ years of excavating experience, 8 of which have been for my own company, Jaki Excavating LLC, in which we worked primarily for a developer/builder in the Peters Township and South Hills area, and specialize in residential excavation from building demos, land clearing, foundations, footers, utility construction, and everything in between.
So, whether you're buying or selling, I've been in your shoes many times, and can use what I've learned through my own experiences to make your transaction as smooth as possible. Thanks for your consideration!
