Brian E. Gmutza was born and raised in the Western Pennsylvania area. After graduating from Hiram College Brian gained experience in the mortgage industry working as a title clearing agent for mortgage insurance policies. Transitioning from the mortgage industry he made a move to the Oil and Gas scene with the aggressive movement in the Tri-State area to explore the marcellus shale. These two areas of experience coupled together have sparked a passion for real estate. As a Western Pennsylvania local Brian is knowledgeable and passionate about his community. That paired with his understanding of the lending side of the purchase process as well as the additional background in negotiating lease terms allows him to connect with clients with perseverance and dedication that translate into always meeting their needs.
Brian helps his clients navigate the often challenging aspects of the home buying and selling process with the end result only being a wonderful experience. As a former collegiate athlete when he is not busy helping clients Brian enjoys playing soccer working out and volunteering at his local fire department where he holds the rank of Second Lieutenant.
